DEGluxVerse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This record may reference the original buyer only in the manner you approve.

  • Your Consent & Display Preferences for Story Registration & Public Archive

After your purchase or registration, our team will contact you to confirm how (or if) you would like your identity displayed in our artwork’s story archive. If you wish, you may also choose to tie your personal story to the original story behind the artwork’s creation. You may opt for:

    • Full name

    • First name only

    • Initials

    • A preferred name or alias

    • Anonymous ownership

No personal information will be published without your explicit consent.

If consent is not granted, the story will be archived without identifying details.

  • QR Code & Digital Access

Some DEGLuxVerse pieces include a QR code that links to the artwork’s story and registration page.

Depending on your selected preference:

    • The page will be publicly viewable

    • Or display no identifying ownership information

You control how your name or story appears.
