Return Process
DEGLuxVerse pieces are handcrafted artworks and delivered by hand, returns are handled with care and structure.
1. Return Request
To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team within the return window specified in our Terms & Conditions. Include your order number and reason for the request so we can review it thoughtfully.
2. Return Arrangement
If your return request is approved, our team will arrange the return delivery on your behalf. As our pieces are hand-delivered, return logistics are coordinated directly with you to ensure the artwork’s safety and integrity.
3. Delivery Confirmation
A confirmation call or message will be made one business day prior to the scheduled return pickup to confirm availability.

If the customer confirms and is present during the agreed window, the return will proceed as scheduled.

If the customer is not available or misses the confirmed return window, the return will no longer be eligible.
4. Condition Review
Once the piece is received, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition. Due to the nature of handcrafted art and story registration, only 50% of the purchase amount is eligible for refund, as outlined in our policy.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment after inspection and confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
