Shipping & Delivery

We offer two delivery methods, depending on the product and destination:

Hand Delivery

  • Available for select artworks within the GTA and parts of Ontario

  • Scheduled delivery window with prior confirmation

  • Signature required upon receipt

  • A confirmation call or message is made one business day before delivery

Shipping Options

  • Available for non-GTA and non-Ontario destinations

  • Accessories are shipped via secure shipping services

  • Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched

  • Signature confirmation may be required depending on the item

Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Returns & Refunds

Because DEGLuxVerse pieces are handcrafted artworks and registered to their original owner, our return policy reflects the care, documentation, and technical processes involved.

Artworks & Custom Pieces

  • Purchased items are not eligible for full refunds

  • In the event of an approved return, 50% of the purchase amount may be refunded

  • Story registration, documentation, technical, and delivery costs are non-refundable

Accessories

  • Accessories are eligible for full refunds, provided they are returned unused, in original condition, and within the return window outlined in our Terms & Conditions

Return Process

  • Return requests must be submitted within the approved timeframe

  • For hand-delivered items, return pickup will be arranged by our team

  • A confirmation will be made one business day prior to pickup

  • Missed or unconfirmed return windows void return eligibility
