Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Service
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the creation of a handcrafted artwork developed through a collaborative process involving artistic concept, design, storytelling, and technical production. Each piece integrates the original artistic narrative with the buyer’s submitted story, resulting in a one-of-a-kind creation.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Nature
All artworks are custom-made and begin production after purchase confirmation. Once the creative process has started, cancellations, modifications, or refunds may be limited due to the time, expertise, and resources invested.
3. Story Integration, Registration & Publication
Each completed artwork is:
-
Created using the buyer’s submitted story as part of the artistic narrative
-
Registered under the buyer’s name or a preferred name provided by the buyer
-
Published on a dedicated product page connected to the buyer’s story for one (1) year, unless otherwise requested
-
Preserved in the company’s archive after the publication period (archive duration may be limited)
The company retains the right to curate, format, and present the published or archived content while preserving the integrity of the story.
4. Consent & Buyer Preferences
By completing a purchase, the buyer grants consent for the use of their submitted story and selected personal information for artistic creation, registration, publication, cataloging, and archival purposes.
Buyers may specify:
-
Display name preference (full name, first name, initials, or alias)
-
Level of story visibility (public, partial, or anonymous)
-
A preferred publication date (if provided before publication)
If no preferences are submitted, default publication settings will apply using a first name or initials.
5. Digital & Physical Deliverables
Upon completion, the buyer will receive:
-
A PDF catalog, delivered electronically
-
A printed hard copy, where applicable, shipped to the provided address
Digital delivery is considered complete once the PDF is sent to the buyer’s email.
Physical delivery is considered complete once shipment is confirmed by the carrier.
6. Proof of Delivery & Documentation
The company maintains internal documentation confirming:
-
Digital delivery of PDF materials
-
Shipment and delivery of physical products
These records serve as proof of order fulfillment.
7. Buyer Responsibilities

8. Payment, Returns & Refund Policy
All artworks are handcrafted, custom-created, and story-registered, making each piece permanently linked to its original buyer.
Accordingly:
-
Full refunds are not available on purchased items
-
In the event of a return, a maximum of 50% of the purchase amount may be refunded
-
The remaining 50% is non-refundable due to:

9. Intellectual Property

10. Artistic Interpretation
The buyer acknowledges that artistic interpretation is subjective. While every effort is made to honor the buyer’s story, final creative decisions remain with the artist and design team.
