General Policy

All return, exchange, and refund requests must be submitted before sending any item back

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original branding, tags, labels, and seals must be uncut and attached

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected

Approved returns must be shipped via Canada Post, unless otherwise instructed
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided once your request is approved. Please do not send items to a primary or billing address unless explicitly instructed.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us before shipping any item.
Email subject line must include:

or

Once your request is received, we will review it and send return instructions within 48 business hours.
Art Wear Items (Story-Registered & Custom Art Pieces)
Art wear items are handcrafted and permanently linked to the original buyer’s story.

Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in original condition

A maximum of 50% of the purchase price is refundable

Refund processing begins after the item is received, inspected, and approved

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
The remaining 50% is non-refundable due to:

Artistic creation and design work

Story integration and registration

Technical documentation, publishing, and archival costs
Accessories
Accessories may be eligible for return or refund only if they are not marked as Final Sale and meet the conditions below:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original branding, tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached

100% of the product price is refundable

Original shipping/delivery costs are non-refundable
Refunds are processed after the item is received, inspected, and approved.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for accessories only, subject to availability

Art wear items are not eligible for exchange due to their custom nature
