Yes. We welcome custom creations and new story concepts. Custom pieces begin with a conversation and are crafted based on meaning, intention, and availability. Due to their personalized nature, custom requests are reviewed individually.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. DEGLuxVerse pieces are artworks, created by hand and tied permanently to their original owner through story registration.
- Purchased items are not eligible for full refunds
- In the event of a return, 50% of the purchase amount may be refunded
- This reflects artistic, technical, documentation, story registration, and delivery costs.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally and customized. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Each DEGLuxVerse creation is a handcrafted artwork, not mass-produced fashion. Every piece begins with a story, developed through dialogue with artists and designers, and is produced in limited quantities with intention, care, and meaning.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. All DEGLuxVerse pieces are handcrafted using carefully selected materials. Because of the artistic and manual nature of our work, slight variations may occur — these are part of the beauty and authenticity of each piece.
Are the pieces limited edition?
Yes. Every design is intentionally limited. Once a piece is created and registered, it cannot be reproduced in the same form again.
