Custom Creations & New Stories

If you wish to create a custom piece or begin a new story with us, we invite you to share your vision. Every custom creation is deeply personal, crafted by hand, and forever tied to its original owner through story registration.

Because of the artistic, technical, and delivery processes involved, 50% of the custom order fee is non-refundable once creation begins.

Important Notes

Each DEGLuxVerse piece is an artwork, produced in limited quantities and linked permanently to its first buyer. For this reason, returns or cancellations are limited once production has started.
